Ridehesten is the member magazine for Sportsrideklubben and Denmark's largest equestrian breeding association, Dansk Varmblod.

Advertising material

Advertising material is to be sent according to the agreement with the contact person at Wiegaarden.

Payment terms

All advertisements and graphic work are invoiced according to the agreed prices with Wiegaarden's sales department. The payment term is generally the end of the month plus 15 days. Agency commission is included in the agreed price.

Ad Proofing

Advertisements that, according to Wiegaarden’s judgment, could be confused with editorial content will be labeled with the word "Advertorial."

Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted no later than 14 days after the advertisement's publication. Wiegaarden accepts no responsibility for any minor deviations in the colors of the original material. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertisements that violate applicable laws or are otherwise undesirable.

Corrections and Errors

Corrections to original material must be made no later than the material deadline. The publisher assumes no responsibility for corrections made by phone. No reduction in the advertisement price will be given in cases where the publisher is not at fault for the error, nor in cases of errors related to the exchange of advertising material.

When submitting finished material, no reduction in the advertisement price will be granted in case of errors if the material does not meet the specifications.

Cancellation

Orders that are canceled one week before the material deadline will be charged 50% of the agreed net price.
